CCQ helps businesses take payments, move information between systems, and report on their operations without adding more manual work.
Where we started
CCQ began as CCQ-FM, a payment integration that let businesses process card payments from their FileMaker systems and websites. That work meant solving one problem again and again: a payment isn’t finished when the card is approved. It still has to reach the invoice, the customer record, and the books.
CardCapture and CardSwipeII came out of that work. So did a broader view of the job. Most business software works well enough on its own. The friction is in the gaps between systems, and in the people who fill those gaps by hand.
What we do now
Today CCQ works across four connected areas: business payments, workflow automation, custom software and integrations, and reporting and operational visibility.
We work with small and midsize businesses, professional offices, and organizations whose payment and administrative systems don’t talk to each other. FileMaker is still one of the platforms we work with, alongside SQL databases and web-based systems.

Start with the workflow, not the technology
We learn how the work actually happens before recommending software. Sometimes the right answer is a small change to a system you already have.
Agree on scope in writing
Before development begins, you have a written description of what will be built, what it connects to, and what is out of scope.
Test before anything touches live records
Work is built and checked against test data and test accounts, and reviewed with you before it goes live.
Plan for what happens after launch
Deployment, training, and ongoing support are part of the plan from the start.
