Filemaker Integration.
CCQ-FM is designed to run as a hidden file. Your
users don't even need to know it's there. It can be used with
a standalone system or with a fileMaker server.
There is one script to call. Depending upon the type of transaction you send a series of parameters to that script.* We built a Parameter Generator to help create the parameter string.
CCQ-FM supports various transaction types: Authorize Only, Mark For Capture, Authorize and Capture, Credit and Refunds.
We also support Profile Creation. This is the most secure way, actually the only legal way, to save your customer’s credit card information. If you are doing recurring billing or just want to keep your customers credit card info for future purchases, this is the way to do it.
You will also have access to the Chase Paymentech Virtual Terminal. This is a web site that allows you to run transactions (if necessary), get reports and administer Customer Profiles.
Due to the nature of how CCQ-FM processes credit card transactions we cannot provide a demo but we have movies (coming real soon) which show the various facets of its setup, integration and features.

Purchasing
Ccq-fm site license** - $299. First
you will need a merchant account from True Data Merchant Services. Tell them
you are intergrating with CCQ-FM. Once your merchant account is setup you will
receive the Merchant Account Name and Group #. These are required to purchase
CCQ-FM.
